|10 shrimps, cleaned, with their head and tail
|3 tbsp olive oil
|1 onion finely chopped
|1 clove of crushed garlic
|1/2 chopped pepper
|1/4 fl. Ouzo
|300 gr. red ripe tomatoes chopped or grated
|150 gr. of feta cheese in pieces
|2 tbsp chopped parsley
|Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for about 5 minutes until it withers.
|Douse with ouzo.
|Add the tomatoes.
|Add salt and pepper and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes until it binds.
|Add the shrimps and simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat, until the shrimps get pale pink.
|Αdd the feta cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
